Debbie Weiser

Debbie Weiser has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Excess Casualty at Everest Insurance® since August 2017. Prior to this role, Weiser was the Head of Excess Casualty Strategic Growth and Innovation at AIG for a brief period in 2017, focusing on refining pricing and structuring for the Excess Casualty business. Weiser also spent 15 years at Travelers, where leadership roles included President of Excess Casualty and Eastern Zone Vice President, managing significant premium volumes and overseeing extensive underwriting teams. Additionally, Weiser held various positions at Chubb, contributing to the development of claims management and strategic initiatives aimed at improving loss ratios. Weiser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Boston University, obtained in 1982.
