Eric Herman

Eric Herman is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in driving profitable growth and managing business performance within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Chief Underwriting Officer for North America at Everest Insurance® since November 2015, Eric also holds the position of Vice President overseeing Business Performance Management & Analytics, focusing on robust portfolio management strategies supported by data analytics. Prior to this role, Eric was with Zurich North America from August 2006 to November 2015, where leadership was provided in business performance management for the Specialty Products division. With over nine years in various actuarial, operational, and strategic roles, Eric has consistently coordinated efforts across multiple business units. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as an Actuarial Associate/Manager at Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Co./High Point Insurance Co. Eric Herman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University in 2001.
