James Loh

James Loh currently serves as the Head of Operations at Everest Insurance® since January 2023. Prior to this role, James was the Head of Life & Health Operations at AXA from October 2014 to January 2023, where responsibility included leading over 100 cross-functional team members and delivering strategic support for various operational tasks. James also held the position of Head of Operational Support, Projects & Performance Improvement at AXA, managing product launches and compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing business integration projects at Solution Providers and overseeing operations at Royal Skandia's offshore life insurance branch in Singapore. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Administration and Management from Curtin University.
