Leah Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services and previously Director of Client Services at Everest since 2020, Leah has played a pivotal role in managing workflows, coordinating training, and advising decision-makers to mitigate risks. Prior to this, Leah held various leadership positions at Everest Insurance and Everest Reinsurance, where responsibilities included overseeing claims processes, managing relationships with service providers, and preparing loss reports. Leah's foundational career began at The Hartford, where significant accomplishments included leading a claims team and managing complex workers’ compensation claims. Leah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management/Human Resources from the University of La Verne and an Associate's degree in Sociology from Fullerton College.
