Mohit Bhatnagar

Mohit Bhatnagar serves as the Director of Insurance Accounting and Finance Operations at Everest since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading technical accounting, financial analysis, compliance, and reporting in collaboration with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Mohit held various positions at Genpact from 2011, including Assistant Vice President in Financial & Accounting Transformation Services, where contributions involved leading teams in Record to Report, Accounts Receivables, and Financial Planning & Analysis, and driving transformation initiatives for process optimization. Previous experience includes positions at XL Capital as a Senior Finance Manager and at Xansa UK LTD and ITC Hotels LTD early in the career. Mohit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from Delhi University, as well as ongoing studies in Strategic Cost Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
