Nate Wleczyk

Nate Wleczyk, FCAS, currently serves as Vice President of Ceded Reinsurance at Everest since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nate was the Head of Global Reinsurance Actuarial at AIG from August 2021 to October 2023. Nate's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Willis Re, where responsibilities involved collaborating with insurance companies to optimize reinsurance strategies, maintaining a comprehensive market database, and analyzing economic trends. Additionally, Nate held actuarial positions at AIG, TMNA Services, LLC, and Aon Benfield, focusing on various aspects of actuarial analysis, including reserving, catastrophe risk modeling, and process improvements. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
