Ross Castell

Ross Castell currently serves as the Quality Assurance Director for Global Claims at Everest since August 2023 and is the Girls Rugby Lead at Bromley RFC. Prior to these roles, Ross held various leadership positions at AIG from October 2013 to August 2023, including Head of Global Quality Assurance International and Specialty and Consumer. Earlier experience includes roles at Plexus Law as Personal Injury Team Leader, JBS Solicitors as Legal Executive, and Prolegal Solicitors as Personal Injury Team Leader. Ross began the career as a Personal Injury Claims Handler at MTA Solicitors and Churchill Insurance. Ross holds a Certificate in Management Level 3 from the Chartered Management Institute, earned between 2019 and 2021.
