Ryan Cole

Ryan Cole currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Group Innovation eIQ™ Team at Everest Insurance®, a position held since July 2017. In this role, Ryan leads an innovation center of excellence that enhances the previous eIQ team’s efforts across the enterprise, focusing on the deployment of novel business models and fostering partnerships within the insurtech ecosystem to drive efficiencies. Prior to Everest Insurance®, Ryan spent over a decade at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where roles included Vice President of the eIQ™ Team, Director of Insurtech Partnerships, and AVP of Product Development and Data Analytics. Ryan began the career at Liberty Mutual as a Senior Underwriter and progressed through various positions. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College.
