Scott Paddington

Scott Paddington has extensive experience in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as Chief Agent and Chief Underwriting Officer at Everest Reinsurance Company since September 2010. Previously, Scott held senior positions within the same company, including Senior Vice President and Deputy CUO, as well as leading underwriting and treaty departments. From November 2007 to April 2009, Scott was Director of Business Development at Empyrean Re, and worked as a Reinsurance Associate at Guy Carpenter Canada from August 2003 to November 2007. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management and Financial Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (HBCom) in Business Finance and Economics from Lakehead University.
