Tully Evangelis

Tully Evangelis currently serves as Vice President at Everest Underwriting Partners since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tully held the position of Head of Claims and Compliance at Shepherd from January 2023 to December 2024. Tully has extensive experience in risk management and claims in the construction industry, having worked as a Regional Risk Manager at Shawmut Design and Construction, Claims Manager at Lendlease, and Construction Claims Manager at Starr Companies. Earlier in the career, Tully served as Sr. Claims Examiner at Catlin, Claims Examiner at Arch Insurance Group, and Claims Analyst at American International Group. Tully obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
