Kim Ralls

Kim Ralls is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business consulting, entrepreneurship training, and education. As the CEO of REii, Inc. since 2004, Ralls has also served as CEO and real estate investor at INCC Companies, Inc. since 2010. Ralls holds positions as a Senior Trainer-Instructor in Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Leadership at Bellevue College and Everett Community College. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Microsoft and various positions in the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense. Ralls studied at Seattle University and the University of Michigan.
