Sara Gering

Sara Gering, RN BSN CCRN-CMC, currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty and Clinical Instructor at Everett Community College and a Critical Care Nurse at EvergreenHealth, where Sara co-chairs the ICU Resource Committee. Previous experience includes critical care nursing at Providence, where Sara was co-chair of both the Unit Practice and Staffing Committees and served as a preceptor. Early nursing roles involved palliative care and responsibilities as a staff RN on a medical/renal/telemetry unit. Sara's background also includes experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant for high-acuity pediatric clients, research roles in animal models and product development, and teaching English as a second language. Educational qualifications include a BSN from the University of Providence and an ADN from Everett Community College, complemented by a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Ouachita Baptist University.
