Susanne Weatherly

Susanne Weatherly currently serves as the Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Programs at Everett Community College, where responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, managing reports of discrimination and harassment, and developing training initiatives. Susanne previously held the position of Assistant Director of Interpreting Services and Assistive Technology at the same institution, overseeing accommodations for students with disabilities and engaging in various professional organizations. Susanne has extensive experience in operations and management from roles at Design Techniques and Horizon Audio, Video and Security, as well as significant interpreting experience at Rochester Institute of Technology. Susanne holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Sign Language/English Interpretation from Western Oregon University.
