Michael Lattanzio, MBA has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations, customer success, sales, market management, and partner development. Michael started their career in 2012 as a Digital Media Consultant at WordJack Media. In 2013, they joined Openbay: Auto Repair Made Simple as a Partner Development Representative, and later took on the role of West Coast Sales and Market Management. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at Openbay before being promoted to Head of Cx and Marketplace Operations in January 2020.
Michael Lattanzio, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Michael completed this program from 2015 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, Michael attended Launch Academy in 2017, where they pursued Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp.
