Lane Richards

Lane Richards has extensive experience in the ship repair and maintenance industry. Lane started their career with Pacific Coast Marine in 2007, where they focused on strategic sales and project management. In 2014, they joined Nichols Brothers Boat Builders as a Service & Repair Sales representative, successfully generating new business opportunities.

In 2015, Lane became the Director of Commercial Sales & Marketing at Puglia Engineering / Fairhaven Shipyard, where they developed relationships with various vessel owners and operators and implemented effective marketing strategies.
