Angie Rouzard

Customer Success Manager at EVERFI

Angie Rouzard, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Angie is currently working as a Client Services Manager at EVERFI since March 2022. In their previous role as a Client Relationship Manager at the Independent Community Bankers of America from April 2018 to May 2022, Angie oversaw relationship management for over 100 financial institutions in the Midwest region. Angie effectively liaised with community bankers to implement strategic solutions, analyze portfolio performance, and share tailored success plans. Angie also mentored and trained relationship managers, collaborated with senior management, and led various projects.

Before that, Angie served as the Campaign Manager for Saget for School Board from May 2018 to November 2018. Angie managed the operations of tri-county offices as an Office Manager at Merchant Lynx Services from June 2008 to August 2010. In this role, they led a team of project managers, underwriters, and sales representatives, and managed office finances.

Angie also contributed to the Susan G. Komen South Florida as Public Policy Advocate from September 2013 to August 2014, where they advocated for breast health care services and reform and educated public leaders and government officials on breast cancer prevention.

In their earlier career, Angie worked as a Branch Operations Coordinator at AmTrust Bank from August 2010 to March 2015.

Throughout their career, Angie has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship management, project management, and communication skills. Angie has also actively participated in industry committees and promoted diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Angie Rouzard, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Angie pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University. This program spanned from 2018 to 2020.
