Cynthia Weaver

Cynthia Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning multiple years. Cynthia began their career at City Year in 2011, where they worked as a Corps Member for three years. In this role, they provided mentorship and coaching to high school students, improving their academic performance by an average of two grade levels. Cynthia also organized successful events and supervised community service efforts.

In 2014, Cynthia joined EVERFI as a Senior Commercial Manager. Cynthia later transitioned to the role of Regional Director K-12 Programs, where they managed a team of six across Michigan and Ohio. Cynthia worked closely with K-12 districts in the Great Lakes region, supporting the implementation of EVERFI's educational programs.

Cynthia also held positions within EVERFI as a Senior Schools Manager and Schools Manager. In these roles, they managed relationships with partners and oversaw the implementation of various programs in multiple states. Cynthia played a key role in launching statewide initiatives, such as a digital literacy program in Ohio and a STEM program in collaboration with the National Hockey League.
