Rachael Delany

Rachael Delany has seven years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Account Executive for Everflow - Partner Marketing Platform. In 2022, they became a Certified Pilates Instructor for Performance Sport Pilates. From 2019 to 2021, they worked for Club Pilates as a Pilates Instructor and General Manager. In this role, they interviewed, hired, and trained new employees, developed training programs to onboard new sales associates, drove membership sales, and achieved corporate recognition for reaching the Top 10 Club Pilates Franchises nationwide for monthly sales. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Advertising Executive for RevenueAds, managing existing Advertising Accounts, implementing an email marketing system, and creating residual revenue. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Northwest Florida Manager for Bay To Gulf Holdings, establishing and managing the Northwest Florida branch, managing the marketing and renovation of $2.5 million in investment properties, and assisting in the acquisition of over $25 million in investment properties. From 2012 to 2015, they worked for Palm Island Realty Group as a Real Estate Agent and Acquisition Specialist, acting as a buyer's agent, marketing sales properties, refreshing website content, and presenting investment properties for acquisition. In 2012, they also worked as an Events Coordinator for Romney for President, where they were responsible for planning and implementing Florida campaign events, maintaining a relationship with security detail, managing and overseeing events on the day of, and managing take-down.

Rachael Delany obtained their Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida State University between 2008 and 2012. Rachael also holds a Pilates Certified Teacher (PCT) certification from Balanced Body, obtained in February 2021.
