Chris Donahue

Chris Donahue currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security Operations and Engineering at Everfox, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Chris was the Manager of Security Engineering at Forcepoint from September 2020 to January 2024, following a tenure as IT Service Desk Manager at Amherst Holdings from April 2019 to September 2020. Chris has extensive experience in managing IT support services and security operations, including directing global teams, optimizing service processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Throughout a career that began as a Network Support Technician at Microtek Sales, Inc. in 1997, Chris has developed a robust skill set in IT management, service operations, and cybersecurity, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
