Kathy Mason

Kathy Mason is a seasoned professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as Practice Director for Cloud HCM Talent and Rewards at eVerge Group since July 2005. Prior to this role, Kathy held positions as a Senior HCM Consultant and Independent PeopleSoft Consultant at Mary Kay Global and managed independent consulting projects between August 2001 and July 2005. Early career experience includes roles as a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst at Dallas County Hospital District and Global Industrial Technologies, and as a Recruiting Manager/HRIS Specialist at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management from Old Dominion University and Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
