Adriano Miguel

Adriano Miguel is a professional in the field of oenology and viticulture, currently serving as a Global R&D Pilot Test Technician at EverGrain Ingredients since December 2021. Previous experience includes various roles in winemaking and wine laboratory settings, such as Assistant Winemaker at Gran Cruz Porto and The Fladgate Partnership, along with a Laboratory Technician position at Lafitte Cork. Academic credentials consist of an MSc in Oenology and Viticulture from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, focused on the acid component of Tempranillo grapes, supplemented by expertise in HACCP systems. Adriano has also contributed as a T1 Tech advisor at Randstad and interned as a Winery Laboratory Assistant at Bodegas Finca La Emperatriz.
