Justin Horsman

Justin Horsman, CFA has extensive work experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Justin began their career at T. Rowe Price, where they held various roles including Securities Valuation Associate and Brokerage Financial Representative. In 2013, they joined Evergreen Advisors as a Senior Financial Analyst and later progressed to Manager of Corporate Advisory Services. Justin then served as Vice President and currently holds the role of Director of Investment Banking at Evergreen Advisors. Throughout their career, Justin has been involved in assisting closely-held and emerging growth companies in areas such as corporate finance, exit strategies, valuations, and advisory services. Justin has a strong background in securities transactions and is a member of FINRA/SIPC.
