Victoria Horton, MPA, has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Victoria is currently the CEO of Evergreen Advisors, where they assist corporate clients in developing location strategies to support their business plans. Previously, they worked as a Zoning and Planning Commissioner for the City of Johns Creek Georgia. Victoria also founded The One You Feed Foundation, an organization that promotes character development and open dialogue among children and adults. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner of Myriad Partners, working with communities on land use and economic development strategies. Additionally, Victoria has experience in location and incentives negotiation, having worked at Crowe Horwath LLP, Altus Group, and Deloitte Consulting. Victoria began their career as a Location and Incentive Negotiations Consultant at The Austin Company.

Victoria Horton, MPA, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at The University of Akron, where they attended from 1983 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Economic Development and Planning at Cleveland State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
