As a Vistage Chair since June 2014, Joe facilitates a peer advisory group for diverse executives in King County, fostering deep discussions that contribute to personal and professional growth. In addition to this role, Joe serves as President of Evergreen Beauty College, where efforts focus on shaping a respected beauty industry culture through innovative education approaches. Previous leadership roles include Head Wrestling Coach at Edmonds Woodway High School and positions in sales and project management at Alcon, Altria, and Boeing. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
