Theresa Smith

Theresa has over 30 years of experience in supporting community development organizations in the Pacific NW. Theresa currently holds the position of Vice President, CDFI and Impact Manager at Evergreen Business Capital. Prior to this, Theresa worked as a Principal Resource Development Consultant at Carson Harper and President, Senior Consultant, and Co-owner at Volute, Inc. Theresa also co-founded a workforce development organization aimed at helping women in poverty secure sustainable employment. Theresa has a background in account management and advertising, with expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational development. Theresa holds a Certification in Change Management from Prosci Change Management.
