Luiz Odilon Merlin is an experienced professional with a strong background in venue supervision, project management, and event coordination. Currently serving as Venue Supervisor at Evergreen Canada since July 2023, Luiz previously held the role of Grocery Manager at Eataly, where a 20% increase in average sales was achieved along with the implementation of effective inventory management strategies. Luiz's extensive career includes positions such as Grocery Team Lead and Retail Associate at Eataly, Project/Event Manager for Fundação Cultural de Curitiba, and Cultural Department Director at Clube Curitibano.
