Jeremy Carver

Jeremy Carver has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jeremy currently serves as Vice President at Evergreen Devco, Inc., where they are responsible for the development of apartment projects in Farmington and Murray, with plans to break ground in 2023. Prior to this, Jeremy held the position of Director, Asia Region at Property Reserve, Inc., overseeing the development and asset management of the company's property portfolio in Asia and helping launch the SFR development initiative. Jeremy also served as VP of Acquisitions & Development at Cottonwood Residential, where they played a key role in acquiring and developing apartment communities across multiple cities, significantly increasing the company's size. Before that, Jeremy was the Director of Acquisitions at Glenwood Student Communities and a Senior Analyst at Orchard Securities. Jeremy also has experience at Federal Realty Investment Trust, Criimi Mae Services, and Zions Bank, where they held various roles in commercial real estate and asset management.

Jeremy Carver attended Brigham Young University from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Jeremy also completed the Argus Course at ARGUS Software Solutions in December 2003. In addition, Jeremy has obtained certifications including a Real Estate Sales Agent certification from the Division of Real Estate, as well as Series 63 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA.
