Mark Omilian

Mark Omilian has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mark currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction - Multifamily at Evergreen Devco, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Construction - Multifamily at the same company from August 2019 to September 2022. Before joining Evergreen Devco, Inc., Omilian worked as a Construction Project Manager at Continuum Partners, LLC from April 2017 to August 2019. Mark also served as a Senior Construction Manager at Urban Oaks Builders - an affiliated company of Hines Interest LP from August 2014 to April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Viele Construction from December 2011 to September 2014. Omilian's experience also includes serving as the Director of Design & Construction at Vail Resorts from May 2007 to March 2009 and as a Construction Manager at Hines from June 1996 to September 2000.

Mark Omilian completed a Certificate in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2009-2010. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, where they studied from 1988 to 1995.
