Zach Lauterbach

Zach Lauterbach has a diverse work experience in the real estate and engineering industries. Zach began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Olsson Associates in 1999 and worked there until 2008. Following this, they worked as a Development Manager at RED Development, where they were responsible for coordinating due diligence and managing consultants. In 2011, Zach joined Olsson Associates again, this time as a Project Engineer, before moving on to Hoskin Ryan Consultants, Inc. in 2013 as a Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Evergreen Devco, Inc., where they previously served as Director of Development and Senior Development Manager.

Zach Lauterbach began their education in 1998 at Southeast Community College, where they pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology. This program lasted for a year, as they completed their studies in 1999. Later, in 2003, Zach enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to further their education. Zach focused on engineering, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering. Zach completed their studies at the University in 2006. It is important to note that no further educational experience is provided beyond these two institutions.
