Ingo has considerable experience in gathering the perspectives of stakeholders, market participants, and other decision-makers using interviews, discussion sessions, focus groups, and surveys and then interpreting the implications of the input gathered. Most of his project work seeks to understand the practices and actual or potential impacts of program interventions on a wide variety of stakeholders.
