Tami Rasmussen

Tami Rasmussen has 25 years of experience managing residential and commercial energy efficiency program evaluations. Her experience includes directing market transformation evaluation and planning efforts; designing, conducting, and leading wide-ranging, complicated and politically-charged impact and process evaluations; and conducting comprehensive program portfolio evaluations. Tami has also designed, implemented, and conducted large-scale data collection projects and on-site studies, developed effective sample designs, and facilitated stakeholder meetings. She is known for her extensive knowledge of the energy efficiency industry and for her ability to understand how each project fits in the context of the regulatory environment.
