Nicole Pennington

Nicole Pennington is a seasoned clinic manager currently overseeing operations at Evergreen Eye Center since November 2023. With a robust background in ophthalmic services, Nicole previously served as the Eye Services Supervisor, COA at Cascade Eye and Skin from April 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and supervising clinic staff. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant at Sound Retina, Eye & Laser Physicians, and Valley Vision Clinic, where clinical skills were honed in patient assessment, procedure assistance, and patient care management.
