Paul Reiss

Paul Reiss is a seasoned physician and senior partner at Evergreen Family Health since August 1990, specializing in family medicine with a focus on comprehensive care and care coordination recognized by Patient-centered Medical Home standards. Since January 2011, Paul has served as Chief Medical Officer and a board member at Vermont HealthFirst, playing a pivotal role in practice support and network contracting, particularly in Medicare and commercial Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). Additionally, Paul has held leadership positions, such as Chair of the Board of Directors for a multi-specialty Independent Practice Association and has contributed as a board member and Chair of the Primary Care Committee at Vermont Care Organization. Paul has also served as Medical Director for the Accountable Care Coalition of the Green Mountains from January 2012 to December 2014. Educationally, Paul earned an MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed residency at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont, following a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University.
