David Hay

David Hay is the Chief Investment Officer/Principal at Evergreen Gavekal since 2002. Before that, David was a Senior Vice President/Senior Portfolio Manager/Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from 1990 to June 2002. Prior to that, David was a Senior Vice President/CFP at Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley) from 1979 to 1990. David holds a BA from the University of Washington.
