Lisa Hoeckel

Lisa Hoeckel is an accomplished operations and inventory manager with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the City of Mercer Island since March 2022, Hoeckel previously held the position of Production Manager at Seattle Goodwill Industries, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and maximizing retail profits from donations. In addition, Hoeckel has significant experience as Inventory Manager at Blue Origin, LLC, where an inventory system was developed to enhance user accessibility. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Finding Treasures, and Manager of Material Control at Aerojet, where oversight of procurement compliance and hazardous materials was a focus. Hoeckel began a career in inventory and procurement management at El Paso County Department of Transportation and LB&B Associates Inc. DOD. Educationally, Hoeckel holds a BA in Music with a minor in Political Science from the University of Denver.
