Prithy Madhoo, MBA, GradIOSH has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Risk and Safety Director at Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Environment Health Safety Manager at Senior Aerospace AMT from 2014 to 2021. Prithy also has experience as the Group Occupational Health and Safety Manager at Cameron Ltd, where they managed safety, environment, and risk management for multiple sites with 700 employees. Prithy served as the Health and Safety Officer at Four Seasons Resort at Anahita, State Bank of Mauritius, and Denim de L'Ile Limited, where they ensured compliance with safety laws and implemented safety programs. Additionally, they worked as an Assisting Safety & Health Officer at Port Louis and held positions at Ministry of Health & Quality of Life and One&Only Le Touessrok Hotel. Throughout their career, Prithy has demonstrated expertise in safety management, compliance, risk assessment, training, and accident investigation.

Prithy Madhoo has a diverse education history. In 2018 to 2019, they attended Ducere Global Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, Innovation & Leadership. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Prithy studied at the University of Technology Mauritius and earned a BSc(Hons) degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management.
