Linda Lee

Linda Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Linda began their career in 2005 as a Branch Manager at Pacific Mortgage, and later worked as a Loan Officer at Bank of America. In 2006, they transitioned to Sunset Mobility, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing insurance and medicare billings.

In 2008, Linda joined Long Beach Memorial Medical Center as an L&D/ER Admitting Rep, specializing in EPIC - ADT. Linda provided end-user training and acted as a liaison for the clinical team during EPIC Go Live. Concurrently, they also held the position of Manager, Applications at MemorialCare health system, where they managed applications for the organization.

In 2013, Linda joined MemorialCare Medical Group, where they held various roles over the span of 6 years. Initially, they served as a Provider Services Representative, handling provider relations and managing physician integration. Subsequently, they became a Clinical Training Specialist, responsible for fostering physician relationships, facilitating group presentations, and participating in committees as an Epic clinical workflow expert. Lastly, Linda held the position of Manager, Ambulatory Clinical Applications, leading and project-managing Epic optimizations, developing processes for EHR development, and partnering with business sponsors for strategic initiatives.

In 2019, Linda started working at HCTec as a Program Manager, overseeing program implementation until October 2021. Linda then joined TruTeam Staffing Advisors as an Associate Project Director until April 2023. Currently, Linda is a Consulting Partner/Project Director at Evergreen Healthcare Partners.

Linda Lee completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2012. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at Cypress College from 1999 to 2010, receiving a CSU certification in the subject. In addition to their formal education, Linda has obtained several certifications, including Change Management Specialist and Lean Six Sigma from the Management and Strategy Institute in March 2019.
