Donald Burton

Donald Burton founded Evergreen Home Loans in 1987 with the goal of transforming the home financing industry. Over the past thirty years, Evergreen Home Loans has grown from five associates to over eight hundred across six Western states. The company has achieved numerous milestones, including being ranked as the #5 Best Medium Workplace in the country by Fortune in 2017 and being named the #1 Best Large Company to work for in Washington by Seattle Business Magazine in the same year. Fortune also recognized Evergreen Home Loans as a Great Place to Work for women in 2016. Additionally, Burton served as the Board Chair for Plaza Bank in Seattle, WA from July 2014 to November 2017.
