Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust, where Caroline enhanced organizational culture, staff engagement, and quality strategy, alongside significant investments in facilities and digital infrastructure. Previous roles encompass Chief Operating Officer at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Chief Executive at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, and Regional Director of Provider Development at the Strategic Health Authority North West. Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy and Management from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Midwifery Studies from De Montfort University.
