Dawn Gilmore-Parker

Dawn Gilmore-Parker, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Evergreen Medical Properties since November 2022. Previously, Gilmore-Parker held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Audubon Communities from September 2019 to September 2022 and served as Controller at BioIQ for a brief period in 2019. Before these roles, experience included consulting at Homrich, Klein & Associates, where Gilmore-Parker focused on various accounting and finance functions, and leadership projects for a diverse range of clients. Earlier in the career, significant positions included Director at Invesco US, CFO/Chief Accounting Officer at Richmond Honan, and CFO roles at Griffin Realty Advisors. Additional experience includes Vice President of Finance at Sivica Investments and Director at Wells Real Estate Funds, overseeing substantial real estate assets. Gilmore-Parker holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Georgia.
