Dawn Hall, PMP, currently serves as the Program Implementation Manager at Evergreen Nephrology, where responsibilities include defining the implementation scope, goals, deliverables, and managing a disciplined project plan for multiple cross-functional projects. Prior experience includes a role as Business Administrator/Project Manager at WelbeHealth, where Dawn designed and implemented a company-wide Covid-19 symptom and exposure tracker, achieving an infection rate 10% below the industry average, and facilitated vaccine procurement and administration. As Project Manager and Owner at Child's Play, Dawn created and executed a start-up business plan and marketing program. Additionally, Dawn worked at Chiron Biotechnology Corporation as a Project Manager, developing and managing teams across various departments while overseeing scheduling, budgeting, and resource management for product development. Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UC Santa Barbara.
