Catherine Dewes

Catherine Dewes is an experienced educator currently serving as an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Evergreen Park School District 124 since February 2022. Previously, Catherine taught English and Math at Hillcrest High School from October 2019 to February 2022, and worked as an Elementary School Teacher with Chicago Public Schools from August 1997 to June 2008. Earlier teaching experience includes a position at Ridgeland Public Schools from December 1995 to June 1997. In addition to teaching, Catherine has been the Owner/Designer of Dolly's Delectables since July 2011. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a focus on Mathematics from Lewis University and completed Graduate Studies in Multicategorical Special Education at Governors State University.
