Steve Everbach is a seasoned leader in commercial real estate with extensive experience across various high-profile companies. Currently, Steve serves as the Principal Owner, President, and CEO of Evergreen Realty Advisors and as Managing Partner at Endurance Advisory Partners, both established in December 2020. Prior to these roles, Steve was the President for the Central Region at Colliers International from December 2015 to December 2020 and held significant positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, focusing on leasing and asset management. Steve co-founded Evergreen Realty Partners in 2004, where leadership contributed to the development of significant commercial projects. Educationally, Steve holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Boston University.
