David Skoien

David Skoien is an accomplished executive in the real estate and asset management sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen Residential since June 2025. Prior to this role, David held the position of Head of Asset & Portfolio Management at Avenue One from April 2024 to May 2025. From December 2015 to March 2024, David was the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Amherst. David's extensive career began at CapitalSource, where a variety of roles were held from August 2005 to December 2015, including SVP, Portfolio Manager, and other leadership positions in loan and account management. David Skoien earned a degree from Duke University between 2001 and 2005.
