Casey Brown is an experienced educator and program manager with a diverse background in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as a Teacher Assistant and Summer Day Program Administrator at The Evergreen School since December 2020, Casey previously managed the education touring program at Seattle Shakespeare Company from September 2011 to July 2020, focusing on budgeting, production management, and fostering diversity in performances. Casey's extensive teaching experience includes roles as a Teaching Artist at Studio East and the Pacific Science Center, where responsibilities included teaching various artistic and science-based classes, as well as curriculum development. Earlier in the career, Casey contributed to Shakespeare & Company as a Teaching Artist, directing high school productions and conducting workshops in acting and stage combat. Educational qualifications include degrees from Carroll College and the University of Portland.

Evergreen School is an independent, co-educational Montessori school for children ages 2 to third grade. Evergreen's mission is to prepare our students to be independent thinkers, lifetime learners, and responsible citizens in an ever-changing world. Now located in Maryland, Evergreen School conveniently serves the greater Kensington/ Wheaton/ Silver Spring area as well as the surrounding suburbs and D.C. A strong academic program, which begins with the youngest children, is balanced by visual and performing arts.
