Kyle Hoffmann

Kyle Hoffmann has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Kyle most recently worked at Evergreen Theragnostics, where they held the positions of Head of Facility Operations / Radiation Safety Officer and Production Manager. Prior to that, they were a Facility Manager at SOFIE.

Before joining Evergreen Theragnostics and SOFIE, Kyle worked at CVS Health for many years, starting as a Pharmacy Technician in 2011 and eventually becoming a Pharmacy Manager. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of daily retail pharmacy activity and actively participated in community outreach programs, specifically focusing on educating high school students about recognizing and preventing opioid abuse.

During their time at CVS Health, Kyle also worked as a Staff Pharmacist, gaining valuable knowledge of workflow enhancements, leadership, and stress management. Kyle made positive contributions to the performance of a struggling location. As a Pharmacy Intern, they performed various duties of a Retail Pharmacist and completed additional training, including the APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Course.

In 2016, Kyle had a short-term role as an APPE at PETNET Solutions-Winston-Salem, where they assisted with the daily duties of a nuclear pharmacy, including the production of various F18 products and preparation of regulatory paperwork.

Kyle Hoffmann completed their education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2011 to 2017, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree with a specialization in Pharmacy. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications. In May 2016, they obtained the certifications in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery and The Pharmacist and Patient-Centered Diabetes Care from the American Pharmacists Association. Kyle further received the certification in Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services from the same institution in March 2016. Finally, Kyle obtained their Pharmacist License from The State of New York in August 2017.
