Wan-Chih Tom

Wan-Chih Tom is an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Specialist currently employed at EvergreenHealth since July 2006. Previously, Wan-Chih Tom served as a Drug Information Consultant at Pharmacist’s Letter-Therapeutic Research Center from June 2005 to June 2012 and as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Samaritan Health Services from July 1999 to June 2006. Wan-Chih Tom began a professional career as a Pharmacy Practice Resident at Southwest Washington Medical Center, completing a residency accredited by ASHP in 1998-1999. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Oregon State University.
