Eric Poniatowski

Eric Poniatowski is an experienced professional currently serving as the Employee Experience Coordinator at Evergreen Health since September 2022. With a longstanding role at the JCC of Greater Buffalo since 2004, Eric has held multiple positions, including Swim Instructor, Aquatics Director, and Supervisor, managing a significant team and overseeing swim lessons for hundreds of students weekly. Previous roles at the University at Buffalo Business & Entrepreneur Partnerships involved coordinating substantial life sciences economic development grants totaling over $130 million, while also engaging in academic instruction, including urban planning courses.
