Joelle Toal

Joelle Toal has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Joelle began as a Perioperative RN at Catholic Health in 2015 before moving on to Evergreen Health as a Registered Nurse and later becoming the Director of Testing Services. Joelle also served as the Practice Administrator at United Memorial Medical Center, overseeing primary care practices. Most recently, Joelle has been working as the Population Health Clinical Data Analyst at Erie County Medical Center Corporation before transitioning to their current role as Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations at Evergreen Health.

Joelle Toal completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science at Roberts Wesleyan University in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government at Niagara University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Trocaire College. Joelle also holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University at Buffalo.
