Khristopher Decker

Khristopher Decker, MSW, LCSW-R, CASAC, CCTP, CISD Certified, serves as the Vice President for Behavioral Health at Evergreen Health since March 2019. With an extensive background in social work, Decker has been an Adjunct Faculty and Faculty Liaison at the State University of New York at Buffalo since May 2009, and a Consultant and Co-Creator of the Institute on Trauma and Trauma Informed Care. In addition, Decker holds leadership positions as Vice President and Interim Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Gay & Lesbian Youth Services of WNY since September 2018 and offers consulting services to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene since March 2016. Previous roles include Vice President for Clinical & Program Development at Spectrum Health & Human Services and Managing Director of Clinical Development at Spectrum Human Services. Decker's professional foundation was established with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo.
